Services & Pricing

Clear options. Transparent pricing. Genuine care.

Timeless Treasures is designed to help fill a gap for older adults who have little access to meaningful activities and social group options. One-on-one intervention support follows a consultation, assessment, and care-planning path when needed, while virtual group programs offer a general public option that does not require assessment.

Program goals

What each kind of support sets out to achieve.

Both services share the same purpose — connection, purpose, and lasting well-being — but they get there in different ways.

One-to-one Therapeutic Recreation

  • Personalized, evidence-based Therapeutic Recreation that addresses physical, cognitive, emotional, and social needs
  • Goals shaped around independence, mood, cognitive stimulation, and meaningful engagement
  • A trusting, respectful relationship built session by session
  • Active participation on the senior's own terms, at their own pace
  • Rediscovering purpose, joy, and connection in everyday life
  • Support that stays accessible and adaptable, whatever the ability or circumstance

Virtual group programs

  • Welcoming, genuinely enjoyable social and recreational experiences online
  • Connection that reduces isolation for seniors who spend a lot of time alone
  • Inclusive programs that are easy to join, with no assessment required
  • Community, belonging, and shared joy with like-minded peers
  • Purpose and well-being supported from the comfort of home
  • Encouragement to keep participating and keep those social ties active
  • Technical assistance whenever help is needed to get connected
For one-on-one intervention support

Start with a consultation, then move into assessment if intervention support is the right fit.

For one-on-one therapeutic recreation interventions, the first step is a free 15-minute consultation to talk through needs and goals. If intervention-based support feels like the right fit, the next step is a 45-minute to 1-hour therapeutic recreation assessment to understand interests, routines, strengths, and the activities that may best support wellbeing.

  • Free 15-minute consultation for one-on-one intervention support
  • 45-minute to 1-hour therapeutic recreation assessment when intervention-based support is the right fit
  • A personalized care plan — including session frequency shaped around interests, abilities, and goals

What sessions can include

Activities shaped around joy, comfort, and capability.

No two sessions are exactly alike. Each is built around the person's interests, energy, and goals — so participation always feels achievable and genuinely fun.

What is included

Therapeutic Recreation practice, from first assessment to independence.

Support does not stop at the activity itself. This is the professional structure that sits behind it — and what it is designed to leave behind.

  • Assessment and goal setting

Therapeutic Recreation practice used to improve health and overall wellness through meaningful leisure, starting with assessment and individualized goals.

  • Intervention and review

Regular intervention sessions, with evaluation reviews that check what is working and adjust the plan as needs change.

  • Discharge planning

Support that works toward greater independence in recreational pursuits — self-directed leisure — so participation continues beyond one-on-one services.

  • Healthcare team liaison

Coordination with a participant's healthcare team to encourage continued self-directed (independent) and group recreation after one-on-one work ends.

  • Mobile and virtual options

Mobile programming and virtual group options mean participation is possible in different circumstances, including from home.

  • Technical support to join

Help with devices and internet setup, so anyone with a suitable device and connection can attend flexibly.

Practice considerations

Support shaped around what your body is actually dealing with.

A session only works if it suits the person in it. These are the considerations Janice plans around from the start, rather than adjusting for once something becomes a problem.

  • Fear of falling

For anyone who has become cautious about moving, fall prevention strategies are built into the exercises and into every session where they apply — so confidence can be rebuilt at a comfortable pace.

  • Osteoporosis

Movements are selected with bone health in mind, keeping to what is appropriate for osteoporosis rather than working around it afterwards.

  • Living with diabetes

Sessions take diabetes into account when planning activity, pacing, and timing, so participation fits comfortably alongside daily routines.

  • Aging in place

For those who want to stay in their own home, support is shaped around the routines, interests, and activity that make remaining there realistic and enjoyable.

  • Hard of hearing

Sessions are adapted for hearing loss and hearing impairment — in how activities are delivered, paced, and communicated — so nobody is left out of the conversation.

These are recreation-based adaptations, not medical treatment. Janice works alongside your healthcare team and follows the guidance they have already given you.
